The Cape Life Cottage is a summer delight!!! The space The cottage has six bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are three bedrooms on first floor: room 1: queen-sized bed, room 2: double bed and room 3: bunk bed and toddler bed. Upstairs you will find the master suite with king bed and additional room with queen bed and crib. A Covered breezeway connects main house to two-car garage with a loft-like guest studio suite on second floor, which includes king-sized bed, trundle bed, sitting area, kitchenette (no oven/stone) and a third bathroom. There is bathroom on the first floor with shower and washer and dryer, plus additional full bathroom on second floor (en-suite to master bedroom, but can alternately be used as a family bathroom). The second floor bathroom has both tub and shower. The Cape Life Cottage is a just a few blocks to the ocean and approx. 1/3 mile to Englewood Beach (great for the kids!). It is approximately 2 miles to well-known Seagull Beach and downtown Hyannis, as well as to the ferry terminal to Martha's Vineyard. Guest access Entire residence and yard.
