Briana and Chris Portland What I love about this stunning property is its spectacular views and the constant soothing sound of the surf which creates the privacy every couple craves.  I imagine sitting with my coffee every morning mesmerized by the surf, never wanting to move.   The short stroll to Shipwrecks Beach, a fun body boarding and surf spot, and the Grand Hyatt, and its restaurants and Anara Spa treatments, is a definite bonus. Our private Shipwrecks Beach Penthouse is located on the top floor of the only, coveted three-story beachfront building of a small luxury oceanfront residential complex. Therefore you will enjoy access to its gated heated swimming pool, or not.  It's up to you.  The resort pool is located at the far end of the property so it will not disturb you in any way. HDTV/DVD/WIFI/Tel included.   A Weber gas BBQ grill is located at the resort pool area. NOTE: Self check in instructions will be sent via this messaging system 24 hours prior to arrival.
