Huge grassy yard, large patio with 7 person hot tub, large fire pit wood provided , room for soccer ,volleyball , corn hole , frisbee golf . Walking distance to Chugiak High where there is full track with turf, tennis courts, basketball hoops and a pool. 5 min to Eagle River where there's some great hikes Mt. Baldly, Mile high and Symphony lakes, restaurants( Pizza man, Matanuska brewing company. 20 min drive to downtown anchorage. 35 min to airport Access to entire house and yard . Key code self entry. Out door deck with hot tub, fire pit and grill, entire yard with volley ball net and Frisbee golf. We will also have some essential Alaskan gear available for use camping chairs ,coolers and bear spray, hiking poles, kayaks, mountain bikes, etc. If there is something you need ask! we may have it. Rural neighborhood Across the street from beautiful beach lake walking /cross country ski trails, 3 min drive to grocery store(Fred Myers) and restaurants in Eagle River, 25 min to downtown Anchorage . Recommend renting a car we do have uber available in the area .We have a large driveway plenty of parking, large enough to accommodate R.V. This property is quiet and in a beautiful woods setting, it’s a great place to unwind and hang out, close to many great hikes and Alaska sights , I was born and raised here in Alaska and would be glad to help you enjoy your visit here any way I can ! During the winter months we stay on sight in a apartment above the detached garage, We also have kayaks , bikes and fishing poles available.
