Guests can pay for additional cleans at a cost of £100.00 per clean. 5. All guests must complete our on-line pre-check in form which includes providing valid photo ID (passport/driver’s license), selfie and credit card in the name of the person who has made the reservation and agreeing to our T&C’s. This is a separate requirement from Airbnb's own verification process. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if this is not provided by the guest. 6. We take a security deposit of £200.00 prior to check-in, this is a block on the card and will be released after check-out, providing there has been no damage to the property.
