This is a beautiful home that your family and friends will love! This place is well appointed featuring 4 bedrooms (3 in the main house and 1 in the guesthouse) and 3 baths (2 and 1). Each bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV. The place can accommodate up to 12 guests without being cramped. A perfect distance from the main house, you'll find a charming one-bedroom detached guesthouse its own bathroom, in which you can retire from the hustle and bustle of a large company. NOTE. The pool is not heated. ►FAMILY ROOM: There is features everything you need to relax here. A sofa that can be pulled out to a comfortable Queen bed. Enjoy casual down time while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the 65-inch smart TV with streaming Netflix, Disney, Hulu and others channels. Spend your evenings playing board games. There are also many books in the house. ►KITCHEN: We offer a fully stocked kitchen. Featuring lots of countertop space, oven/stove, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. All general kitchenware, dining ware, spices, cooking oil, sugar, flour, vinegar are available for your home-cooked meal. Pans, baking pans, pots, cooking sheets, foil, colander, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc. Kids tableware set, dishes, flatware, serving platters, glass and plastic adult cups, wine and cocktail glasses, shot glasses. Complimentary snacks! ► COFFEE is one of those things that we consider a must! :) Coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar and sweetener, coffee mugs, syrups. We have also stock some tea bags. ►DINING: Enjoy marvelous food and drinks on the large dining table table with 10 seats. ►Off the dining room is a FUN ROOM with a pool table and a comfortable sofa to watch the competitive fun! And a mini fridge will cool your beer. ► BATHROOMS: Bathrooms are stocked with complementary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, etc.), bath towels, make-up towels, hairdryer and more. ► FAMILY FRIENDLY with Pack-N-Play w/ mattress, high chair, kids beach chair, life vest, toddler dining set, mini-books and kids beach sand toy set for the little ones. ► BEACH chairs, beach towels, beach Tent, wagon cart and cooler available for exploring various nearby beaches. ►Escape to the oversized fully fenced in BACKYARD featuring your own large private in-ground pool, propane BBQ and a place to play on the lawn. Driveway that will fit 5-7 cars or even your boat or RV! Note: The guest house shares Wi-Fi with the main house. While it usually works well, the signal may occasionally be weaker in the guest house, depending on weather or device load. If you’re planning to work remotely or need a very strong connection, please let us know in advance so we can try to help! Just a heads-up: The house is located in sunny Florida, where nature is always close — including the occasional spider, lizard, or other harmless critters. We have regular professional pest control service, and we always clean thoroughly before each stay. Still, when the guest house hasn’t been used for a while, a spider or two might find their way in. Also, if doors are left open, curious little visitors (like geckos or bugs) might wander inside — it’s all part of Florida living!
