Get cozy and settle into this charming cottage built in 1957. Located in Appleton, ME which is 20 minutes outside the picturesque town of Camden. In 2022 the cottage was completely renovated inside and out. New plumbing and new electrical was also completed. This charming cottage boasts 1 bedroom. The open beam design painted all white and dark brown flooring make the cottage feel much larger than its 26x20 foot print. The property also boasts a dock and outdoor grill. Truly charming! The space Reservation is limited to 2 GUESTS only! No group gatherings is STRICTLY ENFORCED! Cottage and septic system is not designed for more than 2 people. Oak Grove is a private getaway for maximum 2 people. No additional guests day or night! It’s a private peaceful location. We like to be respectful to our neighbors on the lake. Other things to note Cottage isn’t big enough for children. NO HEAT. During the fall the evenings can be chilly. We do provide a standing portable heater as well as 2 baseboard style electric heaters (under bed). Temps in the fall are low 70’s during the day and high 40’s-low 50’s at night. STRICTLY ENFORCED! WE DO NOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 21. We will cancel your reservation. NO PETS!! NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY!
