Terra Vieja also has a dedicated driveway, in addition to street parking. Other things to note **Pets** We allow up to two well-behaved dogs on-site. A pet fee, payable at the time of booking, applies. Please keep in mind that pets are not permitted on furniture, should not be left unattended, and proper waste disposal is required. This helps us maintain a clean and enjoyable space for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee associated with pet related messes; this includes a $50 surcharge for any animal waste found inside or outside the house. Our property features a mostly enclosed back yard, perfect for letting your dog run and play under supervision. There is an 18" gap in the back left corner of the yard - for your dog's safety, we recommend keeping your dog on a leash while exploring the property and inside at night as there are wild animals that roam the surrounding area, as well as busy roads. **Please note** Terra Vieja has antique original windows from the 1950s. As a result of their age, we ask guests not to open or close windows unless an absolute emergency. While the windows do function to open in the case of an emergency, they're difficult to close.
