We are located in West Falmouth situated about 5 miles from downtown Portland, a great home base for exploring Maine's towns, beaches, mountains and more! The space Brand new light and airy detached apartment with its own full kitchen, bedroom, bath, and bunk beds / day bed with trundle in the common space to accommodate extra guests if needed. Private entrance, and off street parking. Guest access All of the apartment and use of shared backyard behind it. Other things to note This is a garage apartment and owner parks one electric vehicle in the garage and will leave for work at ~8am on weekdays. The garage will make a small noise upon opening but nothing major. If we need to leave before 8am or arrive after 9pm we will not park in the garage to respect quiet hours. **Upon guest feedback we have changed the side of the garage that opens to be under the living room and no longer under the bedroom!
