You need a clean, quiet, and comfortable room, and don’t want to share a bathroom with anyone else. You are at the right place. The room has a queen size bed with hotel-grade bamboo sheets. We install ceiling fans so you can enjoy some breeze if you like. More than a comfy bed, you will enjoy all conveniences within your room. Your room is equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave oven, a Keurig machine, a 42” Roku TV, and a space heater too. The space Convenient location: Our home is 3 miles away from I84 Exit 33A. Major groceries, restaurants, and shopping areas are right at the 33A Exit. Ford Idaho Center is 7.5 miles away. Northwest Nazarene University is 5 miles away. Boise Airport is 22 miles away. No matter whether you just need a pit stop or a longer stay in our beautiful Treasure Valley, you will find our location has quick access to almost all your needs. New and safe subdivision: Our home was built in 2022 and is located in a new subdivision. You can stretch your legs in a small park 2 minutes away from our house or the walking path in our community. Setting up with protecting your privacy in mind: Your room is in the east wing, on the right of the front door. Your bathroom is right outside of your bedroom and you don’t share the bath with us or other guests. We build a door in the hallway to give you more privacy while we are living in the same house. We occasionally walk to the front door in the same hallway to pick up packages from the front door. We strive in providing a clean and comfortable experience for you. We have a professional cleaning team vising onsite periodically to deep clean and disinfect the guest area. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Guest access You will have your private bedroom and bathroom right outside your room. Microwave oven, Keurig machine, and mini fridge are right in your room. (Sorry, we don't share our kitchen with guests. ) During your stay My guests are in control of how many interactions they want! Other things to note Some map apps do not show our address properly. We will provide coordinates for you. If you need help using coordinates, please let us know and we are more than willing to show you how. Some GPS might guide you to a mud road, which might get your vehicle stuck. Please drive to our subdivision from Flamingo Avenue. Also, we have another guest room and bathroom on the other side of the house. We appreciate you respect each other's privacy and quiet time. If you stay more than 7 days, we will coordinate a 2-hour window every 7 days to provide cleaning service. (changing sheets, and towels, and taking out trashes.)
