Welcome to our chic, newly renovated loft in the heart of the picturesque Chagrin Falls village. This one-bedroom, 750 square foot apartment is open and airy, with a large picture window and luxury amenities. Walk 3 blocks to downtown Chagrin Falls and enjoy countless boutiques and some of northeast Ohio’s top rated restaurants. The space This sunlit unit is furnished with a king size Naturepedic bed in the spacious bedroom, and a full size Article sleeper sofa in the main living space. The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people. The living room includes a large flat-screen TV and cozy seating area for movie night. In the kitchen, you will find premium Nespresso coffee. You also have access to all the kitchen accessories needed to cook meals if you are not lured to the top tier restaurants in the village. Other amenities include a main floor laundry closet with washer and dryer, detergent, basic cleaning supplies, basic hygiene items, blow dryer, and towels. Please let us know if you are bringing any young children with you - we will be more than happy to provide a pack n’ play with sheet, high chair, and a bin of toys. Our loft also has a gate to help keep little ones safe near the stairs. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment. The unit is only accessible by climbing a staircase (13 steps). Below the apartment is our garage which is not accessible. Please do be aware that we may occasionally enter the garage during your stay, but the space is entirely separate and this should not cause any disturbance! The driveway is sizable, with the right half dedicated for guest use; two cars can be stacked on that side of the driveway. ***Please be aware that we reside in the neighboring unit and will be present on the premises. We also have an exterior security camera viewing only the driveways on our property. Other things to note We are thrilled to offer this home away from home in our beloved town. We are avid travelers and lovers of beautiful spaces, delicious food, and warm places to gather with family and friends. We met in college in Cleveland, one of us from the east coast and one of us a local to northeast Ohio.
