Perfect for a solo stay or couple (bathroom in main bedroom), or a great creative retreat to pursue your music, writing, yoga, meditation, arts. Tehachapi Mountain park only 2 miles up the hill, and many options close by for hikes & walks in nature. Quiet and super peaceful, with frequent deer! Many local wineries, brewing companies, Chesar Chavez National Monument and The Tehachapi Loop nearby. Driving distance from Red Rock. Stores and restaurants less than 10 mins down the hill! The space The guest house is very cozy, with no distractions, aside from nature. It is extremely private, with uninterrupted views and the best sunsets! *The bathroom is located off the main bedroom, so guest sleeping on the day bed would have to go through main bedroom to use the facilities at night. Suitable more for couples, family, or very close friends who don't mind! Guest access The guest house is completely separate from the main house. It is attached to the garage and an extra storage space, but not one will be out there or have access, aside from me on a rare occasion to grab something, but it is still separate to the guest space and the door between is locked at all times. Other things to note The surrounding space is not so suitable for kids, it is very rugged and rocky, with some animals around. I don't recommend it as a family rental, but message me if you have children and would like to discuss suitability. No suitable for parties
