The space The cottage is separated into two units, each completely separated with their own entrance on opposite sides of the building. The space consists of two rooms which includes the bedroom and a bathroom. Outside the unit there is a deck and a seating area, one for each of the two units. Guests can use the entirety of the property's land, including access to the stream near the back. Guests also have access to the lakefront plot of land across the street from Route 9.
