The home is centrally-located steps away from University City! Come and stay in the beating heart of the education mecca of Philadelphia - the campuses of Drexel and UPenn define this neighborhood. Colleges, universities, restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores and nightlife are near this inner city oasis. If your plans require an extended hospital stay, look no further. Conveniently located near CHOP, Hospital of University of Penn, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and Scheie Eye Institute. The space When you enter through the door, you will see a living room and in eat in kitchen with the powder room off to the side. As you go up the steps, you will find four bedrooms and one bathroom. All guest are welcome to use all the common areas. Common areas consist of the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom(s), and front porch. Guest access Private bedroom on the second floor, where you will find 3 other rooms. The entire house is an Airbnb so there will be other guest sharing the common areas (Kitchen, Bathroom, and Living Room). Guest will have full access to living room, eat in kitchen, half bathroom on first floor and full bathroom on second floor. You will also have access to front porch as well. During your stay I like for my guest to feel at home. I give me guest all the space they need, however, I am available anytime. You can call or text and I will respond. Please if I do not respond via text, call me. Other things to note Please note, this is a shared space. You may hear noises from the other rooms but everyone is encouraged to observe the house rules and not make too much noise. Each room is for one guest and no pets are permitted.
