A comfortable retreat house which is close to town, yet is relatively secluded beside South Crestone Creek. No need to drive to any trails; just walk out the back door towards the aspens and take a right up the trail, all the way up to Willow or South Crestone Lake if you desire! Queen bed, views of the forest. In warmer weather there is a back patio and a rustic picnic style table under the pinyon trees. Cooling off by the creek is also lovely. Enjoy the local wildlife! The space The Oak room is to the left, kitty corner to the bathroom. Kitchen fully Equipped and lovely dining area. There is a guest cupboard for food above and to the right of the cooker. There is a designated shelf, the bottom shelf and right hand drawer in the fridge. Please enjoy the fire if it's on the colder side and let me know if you have any questions. If it's on the warmer side; there is a rustic picnic table under the pinyons outside, beside the path to the creek. Cooling off by/in the creek is lovely too! I may or may not be home, but I have a back entrance to my master suite so I'll likely just use that, if it's a short stay (1 or 2 days). For longer stays the space will be shared. For stays over 3 days please send a booking request or enquiry. For longer stays, there are additional cleaning fee's that I will request as follows: 1 week stay $25 extra, 2-3 + week stay $55 extra Pets: You are welcome to bring your beloved furry family members! There are, however, a few rules; There is a standard pet fee of $50 per pet. Absolutely no pets allowed on or in the beds or on the sofa! It’s just too hard to completely remove the hair. Please note: If significant pet hair is found in these places there will be an additional charge of $50 per bed /sofa. Thank you!
