Great Location- Our cozy apartment, perfect for short term or long term leasing (month to month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year). all utilities included as well as cable and internet, keypad entry. Great for business travel or work projects. We can provide a discounted rate for longer stays.

Unit includes all you could need! Fully furnished, stocked kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, dishware and cleaning supplies. This unit also has complete bedding, and towels in the bathroom!

We are pet friendly, but charge a $200 per pet minimum fee. Maximum pets allowed; 2.

The Space:

Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The window unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment.

Other Things to Note:

Important:

Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself.

If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened. Basic rule for this would be to keep unit in the same condition it was in upon check in!
