It can easily be accessed with a lift (85cm x 80cm, door opening width 70cm). The apartment is carefully cleaned before every booking with fresh bed linen & soft towels added for all guests. The location is perfect: You can walk almost everywhere and the city center is close, yet you stay in a peaceful environment where beautiful outdoor routes and the lake with a beach are a stone's throw away. You will find: > the closest grocery store 200m, opening hours: mon-fri 7-22, sat 8-22, sun 10-22 > pharmacy 150m, opening hours: mon-fri 9-17, sat 10-14, sun closed > gym 100m > flower shop 150m > R-kioski 150m (like a small take away bar with coffee, cakes, panini, food...but also bus tickets, post office etc.) > a local pub 150m > beach 300m > canoeing centre 300m > shopping mall 1,2 km > market square 1,7 km > theatre 1,5 km > restaurants and cafes 1-2 km > Malva museum of visual arts (new and very popular!) 1,9 km > bus stop 30m and 200m > city bikes and e-scooters 30-150m > train station and main bus station 1,9 km (by train to Helsinki city center or airport about 50-60min or by direct bus 1h 20 min nearly every hour) Bedroom You will have sweet dreams in the comfortable queen size bed (width 160 cm). Kitchen is equipped with: • fridge and freezer • stove, dishwasher and oven • microwave oven • toaster, water boiler and coffee machines (2) • cooking tools • cups, plates, bowls and all the cutleries you need • coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, spices also: • iron and ironing board • hoover • floor mop and all the staff for cleaning Balcony The balcony is connected to the bedroom and it is furnished for two. Enjoy complementary coffee in the morning, or light a candle and relax in the darkening evening with a glass of wine. The balcony is also equipped with glazed windows, just in case those late autumn evenings get a bit too chilly. Guest access The whole apartment is for your use only. This is not my residence, so there are not private items in the apartment. Other things to note Note! On Friday 11.7.2025 a smoke detector might be installed in the apartment by the housing company. The installation will not take long. During the winter, parking on the street is limited on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8 to 11 a.m. due to snow plowing. At that time, you can park for free in another place. (I’ll let you know the place, it’s about 100m away.) The apartment is fully equipped for shorter and longer bookings. It is also possible to book the apartment furnished for longer stay. Please, request also long period which isn`t available in the calendar. You are warmly welcome!
