No EV charging available. Bus to CBD directly across road, return bus a block away. Local highlights are MyState Arena (end of street), Elwick Park, less than 5km from MONA and river just a short walk away. House is home to 2 friendly cats. If allergic to cats/pet hair place is not for you. The space The room is very comfortable with great views. You will feel immediately at home. The room has a quiet fan for summer and a heater for winter. There is an electric blanket on the bed. Towels are provided. If you require any extras please ask. Guest access As well as your room and the shared bathroom, you have access to the kitchen and laundry if you need to do a load of washing. There is a washing line outside but also a clothes dryer if required. Access can be provided if the host is not home. Details will be sent before you stay. Checkin is after 3pm and checkout before 10am. Parking is only on the street and is free. There is no parking on the property. Please note that when finding the property Google Maps may direct you to the wrong property on the street. I will provide you the address before your arrival, specifying the street number. During your stay Happy to have a chat with guests but also give space. Will provide my phone number in case of any questions. Other things to note I have two cats. They will interact with guests. Particularly the ginger cat Jasmine will be very friendly and look for attention when you arrive. Pearl the tabby is a bit standoffish to start but will meet you in her own time and then be your best buddy. If you are allergic to cats and pet hair this place is not for you.
