You can relax and forget about everyday worries in this luxurious space recently renovated in 2021 by an architect, with designer furniture and high-end amenities. Enjoy the Parisian atmosphere with the beautiful parquet floor and exposed beams. → The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The cozy living room is equipped with several storage/library units, a sofa bed (160cm wide) and a smart TV (Netflix is available for free). You will be able to read, play board games, surf the web or watch movies and series in peace. You can also work comfortably in the office area. The functional kitchen offers all the necessary comforts: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine for preparing hot drinks. The high ceilings with exposed beams create a warm atmosphere in this modern and comfortable apartment.
