Unwind and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway! Built in the early 1920's, this farmhouse with a wraparound porch and beautiful views is the perfect place to experience the NC mountains. It is located just two miles from the scenic New River where you can rent canoes, kayaks or tubes and a short drive to the nearest entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Grayson Highlands State Park. You can also explore the quaint nearby towns of Sparta and West Jefferson. The space There are three bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is downstairs. The house is adjacent to a working farm so you may get to experience the sights and sounds of cows during your stay. Guest access There are two locked rooms upstairs used for storage. Otherwise you have access to the entire house. Other things to note The house is not handicapped accessible.
