This is a private space without bathroom - close access to main home (bathroom/kitchen/laundry offered in main home). The space 15 degrees cooler than Grand Junction and Gateway! Guest access Full cabin access (there is NOT a bathroom or kitchen in the cabin). We provide 24 hour access to full bathroom, full kitchen, and laundry in main house. Other things to note 45 Minutes from Grand Junction, CO (this is the closest for main amenities like stores, gas, etc. at a reasonable price). We provide a cooler and ice, if needed. 20 Minutes from Gateway, CO ( Gateway offers a small gas station with some staple items and fuel though the price tag will be higher than Grand Junction). Gateway also offers a restaurant, The Paradox Grille (Open Daily 7:30 AM - 9 PM). Roughly 25 minutes from us.
