Our cozy attic apartment with air conditioning in a former manor barn offers all comforts for smaller families and those seeking peace and quiet. The Baltic Sea and many attractions are within easy reach! Welcome! The space The Weitblick vacation home is a stylishly developed, light-flooded attic apartment in a former barn of a former manor house with a wide terrace over the entire gable side that is only used by the guests in the Weitblick. From this terrace, the view sweeps into the distance surrounded by tranquility and nature. “Wow, what a beautiful view over the meadow” is the tone of my guests. Enjoy the sun from morning until the afternoon and listen to the concert of the birds. Here the soul can really unwind! By arrangement, a garden area is available behind an open barn with a shared table tennis table. From there, the heated pool can also be used from early May to late September/early October and also the trampoline from early summer. This quiet pool is somewhat hidden behind the thoroughfare of Klein Warin, which is embedded in the extensive forest, meadow and lake area at the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park near Lake Neukloster and Lake Warin. Many beautiful forest and meadow paths directly from the Weitblick invite you to take long walks. The family dog is welcome to come along. Bathing spots are within walking distance. Klein Warin itself is characterized by horse paddocks as well as, for an impressive huge listed wooden barn, which is also used as an art barn. As a result, Klein Warin has its very own decelerating character. In just under 10 minutes you can drive to the two free family pools in Neukloster and Warin, where you will also find many shopping opportunities. Bikes can be rented in Warin. A real cycling pleasure with children can be found, for example, on the island of Poel and along the Baltic Sea. The apartment welcomes you with an open kitchen, dining and living area and large skylights facing the open meadow. Sun protection and air conditioning protect against the high heat. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, in the bedroom with blackout blinds there is a 1.60 m wide bed and in the living room 1-2 people can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed, 80 cm-1.60 m wide. Books, puzzles and games certainly won't let you get bored. A children's travel bed and a children's highchair as well as some dishes for the little ones are available free of charge. The folding desk creates a good working mood in a relaxed atmosphere even in the home office. Try it out yourself! The best is yet to come: together with our forest meadow, there is a great place for up to 11 adults and children or 9-10 adults and children with 1-2 toddlers! Guest access You enter the apartment via an external staircase and the terrace. You park your car right next to the staircase. Other things to note On the two small windows of the apartment there are mosquito nets, the precaution with mosquito repellent is useful.
