Spacious for big family that can accommodate 20pax for the rate and up to 25 pax with extra fee .500 each after 20 pax .. Our place is quiet, relaxing, safe at night and gated property. The space Each room has a private toilet kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, fridge , tv and aircondition rooms. The rooms are all separate unit. The owner live in the same property but making sure that the guest has its own privacy, and easy to deal all the needs of the guest if its needed.. Guest access Beach is public in Matabungkay and everyone has its access. Ecological fee is 35 pesos each upon entering matabungkay. Other things to note Pet friendly for a fee 300 each per night ,free internet, no age restrictions no corkage fees .
