To ensure cleanliness and avoid additional cleaning fees, we kindly request that owners promptly pick up their pets' waste and refrain from allowing pets on beds and furniture. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. SMART TV INFO All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Due to their independent operations, we can't provide specific day confirmations to guests about their visits, and they are not required to announce their arrival when servicing the property.
