Additional amenities include fireplace, dedicated working space and fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor area includes a large deck, fire pit, luxury hot tub and grill. Sits on 2 secluded acres with community lake down the street. If you have additional guests, ask about our tree house located next door. The space Our (not so tiny) tiny home has 744 square feet of living space. The two bedrooms both have comfortable king size beds with mounted flat screen TVs and cozy bedding. The living room is newly furnished with a plush, full grain leather sofa, cowhide rug, and wood coffee table. The home has 2 full size bathrooms with a tub & shower combo. Upstairs, you’ll find a tucked away loft with 2 twin beds! This is great for the kiddos or any extra guests that don’t mind the low ceilings upstairs. Additional indoor amenities include: electric fireplace, dedicated working space, wifi + Hulu access, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our outdoor area includes a large deck with a hanging twin size bed swing, a large dining table, and both a rocking & egg chair. This space is the perfect spot to drink your morning coffee or wind down with an evening cocktail as you take in the Mountain air. Just to the right of the front door there is a large fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs and prepared firewood. Perfect for enjoying the warmth of a bonfire under the stars in the evening. In a private garage next door, there is a luxury 8 person hot tub. The garage is able to be opened in the back to enjoy the woods while relaxing in the spa. There is a washer/dryer combo and restroom in the detached hot tub garage as well. We are walking distance (approximately 5 houses) to the 95 acre calm water lake dock. If you have additional guests or you want to bring the whole family you may rent our Owls Nest treehouse as well as the Sweet Retreat if there is availability. Guest access We have a key pad entry the code will go out on the day of check in , there will also be a check in email / message that will go out 6 days prior to your arrival day. Other things to note My property has an outdoor security camera at the front door. It is easier to find the property using your smart phone gps and not your vehicle gps as they are not always up to date. *The washer dryer in the detached garage is shared between treehouse next door and may be used during the day between 10 am- 2 pm by assigned cleaning crew.
