The space Perfect for a family getaway the space is cosy and compact and should be booked as such, for a unique tiny house experience in an amazing setting. Built with style, modern comfort and a bit of fun in mind. Think exposed timber cladding, bespoke streamlined joinery, quirky detail and large windows allowing guests to feel part of nature and enjoy uninterrupted views of the immediate property and beyond. Enter the tiny house through the glass bi-fold doors that are accessed via the deck. Once inside, you will be in the living space with small kitchen, bench seat and folding table to give you more room when you are not using it for dining. The staircase to the loft space (with low ceiling) is completely vertical with handles within the stair (this bed therefore only suitable for those with ability and agility to climb them). Located on the same level as the kitchen is a bunk bed with the top bunk accessed by a climbing wall, ideal for children (and again for those with the ability to climb them). The floor to ceiling glass window connects you with the pine trees, and beyond, the captivating view. The bathroom is tucked away by the bunk area. The suspended deck area is the ideal place to unwind, read a book or enjoy a few drinks on sunset. You are able to roam the property at your leisure, visiting the additional communal BBQ area or you can light a fire in the firepit for family fun and toasted marshmallows! Depending on the time of year, you’ll get to enjoy sunrise and sunsets or the fog rolling in and out of the paddocks and valleys, you might even be met by some of our neighboring wildlife including many different bird varieties, echidnas, wombats, kangaroos and possums coming to visit. There is also the option to go for a short walk across the property to visit our resident alpacas! We provide complimentary toiletries, luxurious bed linens and towels, other essentials plus a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods. Pine Forest Cabins are located 8 minutes from the Bowral township and are also a short drive to many of the other Southern Highland towns, villages, walking trails, wineries and wedding destinations. Guest access Guests will have access to their private tiny home and parking space. You are able to roam the property at your leisure, visiting the communal firepit and BBQ area or venture a little further to visit the resident alpacas. Other things to note Pine Forest 2: - Sleeps 4 with queen bed and two single bunks, luxurious linens and towels provided; - Kitchen with bench seating area, collapsible table and Nespresso coffee machine; - Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries; - Rear deck with table and chairs for 4; - One allocated car space; - Dyson Pure Hot+Cool purifying fan heater; - You are able to roam the property at your leisure, visiting the communal firepit and BBQ area or venture a little further to visit the resident alpacas. To note: - Water supply - the house has rainwater supply only for drinking, showers and taps; - Septic - the house has a septic sewer system, so please only flush toilet paper - no other items. - The property does not have Wi-Fi, however mobile reception is available. Please note however that we are unable to guarantee quality reception as it is often weather dependent, no compensation will be payable if problematic. - Wildlife - due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about, some not as pleasant as others including spiders and snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe and do work with a network of wildlife removal experts, if you come across unwanted wildlife we will use our best endeavors to have the animal removed or to make the property safe, again no compensation will be paid for any disturbance caused by wildlife. In booking this property you book knowing that this risk exists, even though very uncommon. - Firewood – A small amount of firewood, kindling, fire starters are supplied to get a fire started in the fire pit. If you would like to linger by the fire for longer periods of time, guests should bring some of their own supplies, the service stations in Bowral Township are a good option for this.
