Home in Toronto
Description
Welcome to Morley Cottage, circa 1846. This updated heritage home boasts large, bright principal rooms, high ceilings and beautiful architectural features. On a generous lot with parking and a private garden, this unique home is in Toronto's diverse, historic north-west end. Only a 7 min walk to public transit (16 min train ride into city; 11 min to airport). Enjoy walking/biking the nearby Humber river trail. Quick access to major highways and hip neighbourhoods. The space Bungalow 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed + 1 double bed; den that can be converted to a third bedroom by adding a fold-out single bed and/or Pack ‘n Play crib, upon request) Dining room Kitchen Laundry on lower level Front and back entrance Fenced yard, deck and treed garden Free parking in driveway Guest access Access to entire main floor + laundry on lower level. Other things to note While there is a country feel to Morley Cottage, it's important to note that it's located in one of North America's largest urban centres, so there are city noises to be heard from time-to-time, including from trains that run well beyond the fenced backyard and parking area. Even so, our home and quaint neighbourhood feel like an oasis in a busy world. My co-host or I will be available via telephone and email to help you with any issues or questions pertaining to the care and use of our home during your stay (which I hope is awesome!).
