Family friendly, close to central London

Our home is just a 10 minute walk to Forest Hill station for quick and easy access to London Bridge and the east London line. Catford Bridge is also nearby connecting to Waterloo or Charing Cross. Forest Hill is home to the award-winning Horniman Museum and Gardens and many independent cafes, shops and good pubs. Close by, there's plenty of parks with wild swimming, woodland, and play areas. Cultural hits include independent cinemas, pub theatres, the Rivoli Ballroom and Dulwich Art Gallery. The space A wonderful friendly home with everything a young family needs. The living/dining areas and bedrooms have all recently been renovated. It is a bright, spacious and stylish space with lots of space for little ones to roam. We have a large 4 seater sofa and arm chair in the living area. Smart TV with Netflix, iplayer and more. The dining area has an extendable table and a Tripp Trapp suitable for a 6 months to toddler age. The dining area connects to a conservator filled with a play kitchen, chalkboard, various toys and another armchair. The kitchen is dated but has everything you need including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, grill and oven with electric hobs. The master bedroom has a super king bed and is a bright, spacious room. The small bedroom at the front of house has a large cot suitable for babies through to toddler (approx. age 3). The middle bedroom is spacious and makes a nice play area. The bed is a small single and suitable for a younger child. Depending on size of child it can be suitable up to age 8. We also have an extra inflatable child's bed that can be made available. There is a separate bathroom and toilet upstairs. The bathroom has a bath and shower.
