Entertainment includes a flat screen TV with cable and complimentary high speed WiFi. There is no AC in this unit, however the ceiling fans and wonderful ocean breezes cool this home. This unit is one of the rare one bedroom condos where the bedroom is directly on the ocean, rather than facing the street. Go to sleep to the sound of the waves and awake to amazing ocean views! The bedroom offers a King size bed, TV with cable and opens to the ocean lanai. The bathroom has been beautifully remodeled and offers a large walk in shower with seat, and custom cabinets with granite counter top. Note that the size of the beach in front of the condo varies at different times of year, depending on the wave patterns and current. Resort also offers on site laundry facility. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
