This unit puts you right in the middle of it, with cafés, boutique shops, galleries, and the pier all within easy reach on foot.   Living and entertainment Inside, the space is set up to keep you comfortable whether you're winding down after a full day or getting a head start on tomorrow's plans. A 65" SMART TV and Wifi make it easy to relax indoors, while a dedicated workspace with an Ethernet connection means you can stay productive if needed. Central air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan give you full control over your environment no matter the time of year.   Sleeping arrangements The bedroom features a king size bed dressed with fresh bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets - everything in place for a restful night. Hangers and clothing storage are provided so you can settle in without living out of your suitcase. A crib is also available for guests traveling with an infant.   Kitchen and dining The kitchenette is well-equipped for light meal prep or morning routines - you'll find a Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and cooking basics including pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes, silverware, bowls, plates, cups, chopsticks, and wine glasses are all on hand. A dining table for two rounds out the space, giving you a proper spot to enjoy a meal in.   Bathroom and essentials The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. A hair dryer, cleaning products, and fresh towels round out the essentials - everything you need without having to think about it.   Beach access and outdoor extras The beach is roughly half a mile away, and the unit comes stocked with beach essentials - beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head out without the hassle of packing. A private entrance keeps your comings and goings simple and independent.   Parking and access Self check-in is handled through a smart lock, and free parking on premises is available in designated spaces for the unit. Please note that exterior security cameras are in place facing the shared parking area and in the hallway. Additional notes Exterior security cameras are present in shared areas, including the back staircase entry and hallway. Long term stays are allowed for those planning an extended visit. Please note that pets are not allowed. Blending a central location with a comfortable, well-equipped interior, this space offers an easygoing base for experiencing San Clemente at your own pace. Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please bring your own beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas to use during your stay. We provide beach towels. We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
