The space The property offers sweeping views from every place in the house. Explore the comfort of both a wood burning and gas fireplace, two decks, and a grill to bring the outdoors to you. Wake up in luxurious bedding (Casper mattresses, Brooklinen etc. bedding, memory foam pillows) to a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with coffee and tea bar offering both a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker and electric kettle (and snacks!). There’s also filtered drinking water and a wine fridge :) The master suite boasts a king bed, jetted bathtub, dual vanities and more stunning views. Enjoy a workout area with rowing machine, and two workplaces/desks claiming the best views in Albuquerque, one of city lights, one expansive forrest/mountains. Each of the two other guest bedrooms have distinct character, with queen beds and lovely amenities. A pull out couch bed offers another queen bed for extra guests. Enjoy watching free Netflix and Premium Cable in the den by the fire or on the TV in the master bedroom. We also have a wide variety of games and books available. Guest access The whole house and its amenities will be available to guests, with the exception of one closet. Other things to note This is an energy efficient house with solar panels and upgraded cooling/heating, and we are pleased to offer a Tesla/Electric Vehicle charger. There is parking both above at the house entrance and below with a short walk to the front door.
