In the middle of the beautiful Koblenz old town: small, fine apartment, perfect for longer stays - professional or private! Bright, spacious, fully equipped! The space 50 meters to the RHENISH PHILHARMONIC STATE ORCHESTRA!!! On the 2nd floor of a well-maintained old building you will find a good base for your business stay/ vacation/ further education. You will stay in the middle of Koblenz's old town: great squares (Görresplatz, Jesuitenplatz, Plan, Münzplatz, Florinsmarkt), diverse gastronomy, cultural life, shopping, good transport links, the Moselle and Rhine and the Deutsche Ecke within walking distance. The apartment has a large living/dining room, a small, fully equipped kitchen, a small shower room, a laptop workstation and a bedroom with a single bed. In the living room there is a small dining table and a cozy reading/TV chair, plus of course a comfortable sofa bed and various floor cushions. You sleep in the cozy bedroom on a brand new mattress in fine linen. There is also a small room with a top-loading washing machine. Basic equipment includes: - Towels, shower towels, guest towels - Bed linens, also for changing - Sofa blankets - Kitchen towels, kitchen towels, dishcloths, cleaning agents, washing powder - Vinegar, oil, coffee pads, various teas, spices, candles and tea lights By bike, the government district (BAAINBW) and most hospitals are within minutes! The bike can be safely stored in the bicycle cellar of the house! And the connection for public transport is almost 'around the corner'. Guest access Guests use the entire place!
