The space This recently redone unit (2022) is spacious (161m) and in a secret gem of a building. The One Chapman's Peak is an exclusive complex that boasts one of the only private addresses on the renowned Chapman's Peak Drive and is the last building before the famous Tintswalo Atlantic hotel. The unit has three bedrooms and two baths, two private balconies, lounge space, dining area and full kitchen. The master bedroom is en-suite (separate bath and shower) with an extra-long king bed, ample cupboard space and a private balcony where you can drink your coffee, read a book, look across the bay and watch dolphins play directly in front of you most mornings. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large cupboards and shares a bathroom and access to the large balcony with the third bedroom. The third bedroom, ideal for kids or a single adult doubles as an office. It has a small double bed pullout couch and desk, and cupboard space. All three bedrooms have sweeping ocean and mountain views. The family balcony, with views matching the Chapman's Peak Drive view is set up with a hanging egg chair, outdoor sofa, lounge chair and large coffee table. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything you need. It has Baccarat pans, three ways to make coffee including Nespresso and a full rang of other appliances. Guest access Guests have access to the full unit as well as a parking bay on the roof and common facilities including a pool and pool deck with the same iconic Chapman's Peak Drive views, two brand new gas braais (November 2022) and braai area, private picnic areas directly on the water and private water access from the pool deck. Other things to note The wifi has a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) and will work during load shedding, in addition there are rechargeable lights so you will never be left in the dark. Cleaning fee includes a clean/linen change on the 7th day of your stay and also each 7th day after that for stays longer than 16 days.
