The pond is filled with native trout and if you decide to fish, please be gentle as it is catch and release with barbless single hook flies. No bait is allowed. (Fishing license is not required). Main house: Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with 4 singles. A large bath is also on this floor. The main floor has a full functioning kitchen with an island as well as a breakfast bar and 4 bar stools. A small wet bar is close to the large dining room with a table that seats 8 comfortably. Adjacent, to the dining room is a sunroom with an indoor BBQ. This also, has a bar/ eating area with 4 stools and a mini refrigerator. Great space for drinks and games. has a stunning view of the pond. There is a wood burning stove for those who want the real cabin effect. The living room occupies a 50" SMART TV(no cable), 2 large couches and a chair. Take a step out to the deck to observe the lake view or watch the kids playing while sipping your coffee or cocktails. There is a private office with limited(meaning not very fast or reliable) internet access and Wi-Fi off the living room with a great view. There is also a large pantry, ½ bath and laundry off the kitchen. The exceptionally large master bath is also on the main floor, with a king bed and full on-suite including a jetted soaking tub. The bottom floor downstairs has a queen bedroom (slider to outside), full bath, small full kitchen with a bar and 3 stools. This is attached to an extremely large great room living area complete with 3 quality comfortable futons, another wood burning stove, Ping-Pong table, 50" SMART TV(no cable), varies kid’s games and an amazing jacuzzi private room overlooking the lake. Walking distance to 3 stores, pizza parlor and an ice cream shop. Tents and RVs are allowed. There is extra floor space for air beds if you have them.
