Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self check-in, and are asked to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that physical check-in after 8pm involves an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and summer. For self check-in, a key box is available.
