The space The Newly Renovated Home with a personal DIY touch features a Smart lock for contactless entry that works on your own time. Upon entry you are greeted with a spacious living room that is perfect for entertaining a loquacious family or a large group of friends. The room is equipped with a 60" Roku TV that can access Netflix, Live TV, and other entertainment services that you can enjoy as a whole. The cozy space spills into a carefully curated kitchen boasting a verdant view with lots of sunlight during the day and a look into the night sky during the night. Supplied with the basic essentials you need to create familiar meals or some new! The home boasts 3 classic bedrooms that are cozy to the sleeper. Each room is warmly lit with bedside lamps around the most comfortable memory foam mattresses and has ample storage for ones belongings in their own standing wardrobes. Two of the rooms have a modest desk for those who need to work away from home. Both Bathrooms are newly updated with backlit vanities and are supplied with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Guest access The access to the Home will be up a flight of stairs as it is an upper unit. Guests will have full access to the unit whilst staying. Press and hold any button to lock. No more forgetting Keys! Plentiful of parking around the street. There are two reserved spaces for the guests to use and street parking isn't too much of an issue at night/morning. Other things to note Recently added AC unit in the living room keeps the place nice and cool during the summer heat. Keurig Coffee maker with a reusable pod for your own personal coffee, Toaster, Blender, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, bath towels, hand towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, kettle. Laundromat right around the corner! Street sweeping is on Tuesdays/Thursdays so be sure to read the signs, however, we do have onsite parking just steps from the front door.
