If you want to relax watching Bass Straight waves roll in then visit Ocean Paddock. It is off grid and peaceful. This is a newly built, eco friendly home with double glazed windows, that ensures the house is comfortable and cozy all year round. There are views of farmland to the North and sea to the South. In the winter months you can enjoy some whale watching from the large balcony overlooking the water and F Break beach. The space Open kitchen , dinning and Lounge. Decks on both North and South side. Bedroom 1 is spacious and it has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with a single bed bunk. The laundry is down at the the garage. You can see the ocean from most rooms of the house, and can here the waves crashing at night. Guest access Guests have a designated yard to use. Other things to note The surf beaches are a 10 min walk away, with the house being located a 10 minute walk to the Cape Paterson township, either along the beach, if tides are right or follow a proper pathway for that morning coffee. We insist that no parties are to be had in this house. Renters must be over 25 years old.
