This cabin was designed with wheelchair accessibility in mind, but it is NOT fully ADA-compliant. Please review the photos and let us know if you have any questions. Inside, you will find: • Bedroom with one queen bed • Living area with a pull-out sofa • Kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, basic dishware, cutting board, knife, and silverware • Bathroom featuring our spa apothecary Lather bath products • Living area and bedroom with Smart TVs (with apps for you to access your own streaming services - no standard cable is available) • High-speed internet Outside, you will find: • Hot tub • A deck with a bistro table and two chairs • Fire pit with Adirondack chairs (first batch of firewood included; additional firewood available for purchase) • BBQ grill (charcoal is available for purchase) Our property is designed to be a communal atmosphere, a place that fosters a sense of community to create lasting memories with friends and family. Come join us and create memories that last a lifetime. Guest access Check-in procedure: We send your pre-arrival documentation via text the day prior to your arrival. On the day of your arrival, your cabin number and a property map will be texted when your cabin is ready. A second text with a link to download your key will be sent via another number. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM daily. Check-out procedure: We hope you enjoyed your stay at Asheville River Cabins. Please feel free to leave the keys on the counter and travel home safely! Check-out is at 11:00 AM daily. Other things to note Pets: We are happy to offer dog-friendly lodging! Dogs are the only pets allowed, and we can only accommodate dogs under 50 pounds, with a maximum of two (2) allowed per unit. A one-time pet fee of $75 will be applied upon booking. Additional dog policy details: • Asheville River Cabins reserves the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination/defecation in public areas. • While we love our pets, not all of our guests feel the same way. For this reason, pets are never permitted in interior public spaces—they are permitted only in our exterior common areas and only while on a leash. • Once on property, pets must never be left in cabins alone and should be leashed at all times in the outdoor areas. If you're considering bringing more than one vehicle, please send us a message to inquire. •This unit has a paved parking space wide enough for wheel chair use, as well as a ramp to the front door. There are no stairs in this unit.
