Home is vacation ready with a large back yard, nearby park, walking/biking trail, Lake Elmo, the Metra Park for all events, concerts and rodeos. Shopping is nearby and some great restaurants. Not to far from Downtown Billings or the airport. In the living room you will find a WELCOME book with listings for you to consider (marking some of my personal favorites) and To Do brochures. The space As I am a believer that vacations are meant to spend time together as a family (how I was raised), this home has been designed for such time. There are games to play as a family and a pool table. (NO unattended young children to play with the pool table.) Only one television in the house, but has something for everyone, including sports pkg and soccer. Large back yard to play in, a patio for mom and dad to relax and a picnic table for outdoor eating or family chats. There is a sprinkler head on the hose for kids to play in the water if they want to. PLEASE let water run and make sure it is cooled off before children play in it. 7th person must be an infant or child under 3 years old. There is a crib/toddler bed and a changing table for your use. ALL GUESTS MUST BE NAMED ON RESERVATION. Home is NO smoking/NO vaping. There is a workout area which has a full body Bowflex and Nordictrack stationary bike with a wide comfortable seat. (NO children allowed on equipment.) Guest access This home is fully open to guests. Other things to note Home is within minutes to a few hours from historic locations, sightseeing and hiking trails. There is a seasonal outdoor water park not far from the house and a year round indoor water park at the West end of Billings. No Smoking, No Vaping and No Marajuana on premises.
