The room is a cool blue with exposed brick and a huge wall of window. It is fully furnished with a twin day bed, linens, desk, end table, rug, mirror and a large bureau. The common areas are loft style with 19 ft ceiling, exposed beams, brick, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and coffee maker. Filtered kitchen water and filtered shower head changed on schedule. Plenty of off street gated parking included. Laundry is in the building and cash operated. Forced hot air for heat. Central A/C in the summer. A bit about me: I’m a peaceful quiet female business owner, artist and yoga instructor. I very rarely have visitors over and even more seldomly have an overnight guest. I do not drink or do drugs. So this may not be a good match if you are into the party lifestyle. I’m respectful and very clean. I enjoy cooking holistic foods, movies, gardening, my family and my two Siamese kitties 🐱 that live in the home. The home is close to downtown restaurants and shops, groceries stores, SNHU, Rt 293 and I 93. I would be happy to give you many recommendations for shopping, Restaurants in the town in general 🙂 **** Please note that I live in the home so check in is by 8 PM unless approved by request**** Guest access You will have access to the common areas in the condo including the bathroom and the outdoor areas that include picnic tables During your stay I would be delighted to guide you in anyway possible. That being said I am a quiet person and will give you your space to work or rest with minimal interaction if you prefer. Other things to note There is ample offstreet gated parking. There is also a laundry room on site. This is a holistic beautiful safe place to rest with exposed brick and minimal noise. A fan can be provided as well for sleeping.
