Grab the paddle boat for a ride on the private pond or kick back and have a waterfront bonfire. Summer provides an opportunity to sit by the pool and soak up the sun! In the winter, enjoy the hot tub after a day of Skiing. There’s no shortage of activities to keep you busy! The space In the private Edgewater Community, Remi’s Retreat is a cozy place to call home. As you pull up to the cabin, you will notice the wrap-around balcony, a perfect area to barbecue on a summer night and enjoy the company of your loved ones. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a comfortable living room and a gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance. There is a large, well-stocked kitchen for all of your culinary needs. On the main level, the back bedroom, featuring a comfy full-size daybed and en-suite half bath, faces east and greets the morning sun. This room has a sliding door offering walk out access to a pond and waterfall feature, as well as a private outdoor fire-pit, perfect for making those late night s’mores. The main floor also has a large storage room with a washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find two generously sized bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed and full en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom features an upstairs balcony, our favorite place to drink your morning coffee and listen to the tranquil Fraser River. The guest bedroom also looks over the pond, providing views from each room. With thoughtful, trendy decor, and a cabin surrounded by nature, we are sure you will feel right at home in this cozy mountain getaway! Please note: the hot tub and pool have restricted seasonal hours. The amenities will be available daily during the summer, however, they are available only over the weekends during most of the winter months. Please refer to the schedule in the house manual for more details. As much as we love furry friends, we do not allow pets on the property. Please leave them at home. Added bonuses… Transportation into Granby is a breeze! Amtrak can take you directly from Denver straight to the town of Granby. The cabin is within walking distance to main street where you can find the train station, restaurants and eateries. The world-renowned Winter Park/ Mary Jane ski resort is about 20 minutes away. The Lift bus line can take you to and from if you don’t have your own vehicle. Granby Ranch Ski Resort is only a short 5-minute drive. Summertime access to Rocky Mountain National Park is only a short drive away! Or enjoy boating on Lake Granby, a quick 15-minute drive. There is something for every season at this amazing central location. Guest access Guests may access the entire property and all amenities on the property including the trout ponds, children’s playground, walking trails, outdoor firepits, Fraser River, pool, and hot tub. The only amenities that are not accessible to guests is the owner's clubhouse. Other things to note Please note, the trout ponds are fly-fishing only and no swimming. There is a paddleboat for use on the main pond, however, all other kayaks are for owners' personal use. As much as we love furry friends, we DO NOT allow pets on the property.
