Please keep peaceful, quiet, clean. No smoking/ 420/drugs/ alcohol The space Room is in an old & quiet house, there is nothing fancy, but we made it home sweet home. The room has no window but has a big french door with backyard view ( for the best safety we recommend you to keep this door locked while you are home or are not home) There is a mini patio that you can enjoy. The room has its door & keypad for privacy. Room is about 140 sqt Furniture in room is including Queen bed, arm chair & sofa table, dining table & chair, TV , mini fridge, a floor fan, a mini heater for winter and a portable AC for summer. 🍳🍳🍳 You have kitchen access for light cooking/ pls clean after yourself Kitchen time: 8AM- 9 PM *** Kitchen is for light cooking only ( microwave, electric cooktop with pans and pots, no oven use ( no bake or grill, sorry). ❌Hand- washing dishes only. No dishwasher. Due to aged, the house has some minor issues like ugly molding or doors, stained bath tub, old marble floor , or some place was fixed by cement and it’s not match the original design. But we always keep it clean and we hope you do the same. ❌❌❌There is an empty pool which is in process of removal. We are cover it by a black cover. Please ignore the mess. Please do not step on the cover. Please stay away from it. Pls do not try to open the pool cover or use it- thanks ❌ATTENTION: The kitchen is shared area, it is shared between landlord& host and other guests. There is no privacy in the kitchen. Camera in use for general security due to we had many issues before. If you dont like the set up, please do not use the kitchen. Listing Location is estimated only. No baking/grill etc. Pls avoid cooking something with strong smell or smoke, thank you Kitchen is the common space. The landlord & 4 guests will shared it , so please keep it clean- thank you ( attention: we have camera in the shared kitchen ) - Laundry in the backyard for free ( detergent is self- provided ) - Pls do not go to the backyard except doing laundry.
