Is located in Messaria a very beautiful and unique traditional settlement with old mansions and narrow alleyways. A small picturesque village, just 3,5 km from the capital of the island, Fira. Perfect place for couples ! The space This recently renovated 123 years old beautiful dome house has a modernly furnished bedroom with a double queen size bed & wardrobe. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric range, microwave, espresso machine with complementary capsules for our guests, toaster, kettle and kitchen equipment. In the living room there is a sofa-bed, smart TV and air conditioner. In the bathroom there is a laundry machine, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lot of towels. The patio with the amazing panoramic Sea & Sunrise view has a relaxing private large jacuzzi and comfortable sunbeds. Guest access There are a few steps in order to reach the accommodation, not ideal for elder people or people with movement issues. Due the traditional layout, the residence is not accessible by car, guests have to walk 6-7 minutes from the public parking place or 10 minutes from the nearest bus stop. Other things to note - Regarding the layout of the property, kindly note that the residence consists of two adjacent suites on the same level, each offering its own private heated jacuzzi. Each unit enjoys a private jacuzzi area. Additionally, there is a terrace space with a pergola and sun loungers, shared between the two suites. A partition separates the suites, however, absolute seclusion cannot be entirely ensured. - The jacuzzi is heated to an average temperature of 33-34°C, however, the water temperature is directly influenced by the outdoor weather conditions. -Quiet Hours: 23:00 – 07:00 & 15:00 – 17:30 (please keep noise to a minimum in order to ensure a relaxing experience for everyone and to maintain respectful relations with our local community). - Parties: Strictly prohibited. -Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
