Inside the house is a game room with pool table, ping pong, board games, books and more. Please note: Transient Occupancy Tax is included in the Price (9% Plumas County and 2% Feather River Tourism Area) The space The home is three story, 3200 square feet, with level access to the first and second floors. There is a large front deck for extra seating and entertaining. There is also space for boat parking and RV hook ups (Available upon request). Parking for 6 vehicles. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Guests have access to the beach, but not the dock or buoys. Those are our neighbors. If you bring your own boat, it will need to be launched and taken out of the water each day.
