Bright house 5-minute walk from the beach and GR34

Spend a relaxing vacation in a functional, warm and bright 90 m2 house. It is located a stone's throw from a beautiful white sand beach and the GR34. We stay there regularly ourselves. The comfort I need for my family, I make available to our guests. The space House is great for a family of 4: - large living room of 45 m2 - open plan American kitchen - large bay windows open to the 350 m2 garden The large dining table is practical and family-friendly. The sun shines all day (through light). You can sit at the back of the house for lunch or in front comfortably installed on the deckchairs to read in the sun or have an aperitif. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The enclosed and wooded garden overlooks a quiet little street. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PLOUESCAT Plouescat is a small seaside resort on the "Côte des Sables" that is very friendly, authentic and wild with all the amenities to spend a good vacation without being bothered by the crowd. The typical Breton city center with its Saturday market, its many summer activities and its small shops as well as its supermarket, is located 5 minutes by car or 15-20 minutes by bike on the bike path. Here, there are never any traffic jams, even in the middle of summer Plouescat is a spot for windsurfing, kite, paddle or wing foil. ONSITE ACTIVITIES Lots of choices for water activities for adults and children: - sand yachting: 5 min walk - nautical center: 10-minute walk - Famous spot Le Dossen: 20 min drive - Longe-côte - water aerobics classes at sea - Yoga on the beach In short, a real thalassotherapy cure! You can also take beautiful walks and hikes along the beach, adjacent beaches and the small fishing port. The GR34 is within a 5-min walk. The place also invites you to shore fishing parties with the children to taste your own cockles or shrimp or to go angling on the dyke of the small fishing port. - Crêperie and restaurant including takeaway within 5 minutes walk: moules frites and burgers in perspective! Among the must-see visits: the island of Batz from Roscoff (20 minutes), Brest and the Océanopolis park 45 minutes away...
