We are pleased to be able to offer our 160 year old farmhouse as a vacation home after 1 year of renovation. Our cozy vacation home is located in one of the oldest streets of Ohlstadt, very quiet and yet centrally located, surrounded by old farmhouses. The approx. 80 square meters of living space are spread over the ground floor and the upper floor. The house is equipped with completely new furniture/kitchen, according to the motto "originality meets modern ambience". On the first floor, next to the entrance area/cloakroom, you will find the eat-in kitchen with a small but fully equipped new modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine available) and a cozy corner bench. There we have an adjoining open living room with a cozy corner couch. From the living room you have easy access to our terrace with garden table and chairs. In the small but nice bathroom there is a shower, a toilet and of course a washbasin. The stairs from the hallway to the 1st floor are a little steeper than you may be used to. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, "Moritz" and "Josie". From the Moritz bedroom you can access the cozy south-facing balcony. Here, just like on our terrace, you can enjoy the mountain view. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80m), TV and closet.
