The space This is basically a furnished downstairs apartment. I have the listing as shared since the entryway is shared space. There is a fully furnished living, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette. Laundry as well. Sometimes there is a second person in the other bedroom so if you want fully private please message ahead. Guest access This is a totally separate space that only shares an entryway with the upstairs. There are two rental spaces that are interchangeable. Same lull mattresses and closet spaces. Sometimes we have nurses extend in one room and someone books and swaps over. It is common practice here. Please be flexible if necessary. Again, there are two rooms that are rented seperately that share the living/kitchen and bathroom. Message ahead if you want to ask about booking the entire space privately. During your stay Hosts can be contacted in person or via message and we will respond as soon as possible. Cleaning of the bathroom happens weekly, and if you would like your sheets changed on a long stay please let the host know. Garbage bags are found next to the bins and can be taken out to the dumpster located by the parking area. Please clean up after yourself.
