It is near all the local hot spots and the Broken Arrow trail head that leads to tons of trails. Homes in this neighborhood are valued between $800,000 and $2 million. This home is walking distance to shops and restaurants, but Uber helps get to farther locations. We have noise meters on site to ensure the safety of our guests, the home, and the historic neighborhood. We only receive notifications that indicate a certain decibel level has been reached. What’s the threshold you might ask? Great question. Well, let’s put it this way, feel free to burst out in laughter or play some music in the backyard during the day but you might want to leave the marching band at home this time. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level. If you are planning to cause a ruckus, our property is not the right one for you.
