Our family friendly property sits within the historic hamlet of Remsenburg (settled in 1712), nestled minutes from beautiful ocean beaches and bays, tennis courts, wine country, marinas and the lively shopping district of Westhampton Beach, which boasts local farmers markets, boutiques, art galleries restaurants and the famous theatre house. The space The Space: Features an Open floor plan with oversized kitchen and all new appliances, Gorgeous master bedroom suite, new master bath, two additional spacious bedrooms and two full baths. Outdoor mahogany deck that's perfect for entertaining, Fenced in rear yard with outdoor solo stove fire pit for evening fun! Upstairs you will find a Queen size bed and secondary bedroom with a Full size sleeper sofa with a foam mattress for better “R&R”. Downstairs you will find one guest room with a Full Sized bed. Private parking for up to 5 cars Keurig coffee maker Washer & Dryer Linens and towels provided Free high speed Internet/Wi-Fi Sonos speaker 3 televisions with streaming service capabilities Guest access Guest access is available for the entire house except for the front office which is our private space.
