This quiet community of Alii Cove is just a short walk away from Kailua-Kona and steps to Honl Beach. The condo is two bedroom (one King bed, one queen bed and a queen pull out couch in the loft) 2 bathrooms with a loft. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. Fully equipped kitchen. Community pool with an exercise room and bbq grilling area by the pool. Views of the ocean from the lanai and the loft with amazing sunsets. This condo is a long term rental only (sorry, we will not accept short term rentals per our HOA rules). Please, NO smoking allowed!
