There are also several boat rental agencies in the area - including one located right on our lake. There’s even a boat-up bait shop/gas stop on the lake. Additionally, the house is located within a 5 minute drive from Annandale, a charming small town in the center of the Heart of the Lakes There are many restaurants and bars in the area, including a waterfront restaurant/bar on the far side of our lake with great views. The Swappers Meet is also a local Saturday morning favorite and an institution in the area - and just a few minutes drive away. The home sits on a bluff, making the views truly unbeatable. Not interested in getting your cardio in climbing stairs? No problem - a new mechanical hillside lift will bring you and your gear safely up and down the hill with the flip of a switch in less than a minute. It is worth noting that due to our location on a bluff, families with small children will need to be extra attentive to their children while on the bluff side to ensure their safety.
